Phillies beat two very very good starting pitchers this week who were mostly on top of their game (especially Kirby)

Thank the pitching and just barely enough clutch hitting for that.

A year ago, we would have had no issue if Alvarado was shot into the sun
Now, arguably, the best reliever in MLB

I know. I was reviewing some posts (or maybe tweets) from this time last year and it was brutal. He is absolutely dialed in now. And he has ice in his veins, which I always thought was the problem with Dominguez as a ninth-inning guy.

This time next week could be Harper in the lineup; I heard as early as May 5 is on the table, though I won't be sad if it's a week later.
