PHILLIES VS. DODGERS

Monday: Taijuan Walker vs. Tony Gonsolin (second start, probably on pitch count)
Tuesday: Matt Strahm vs. Jose Urias
Wednesday Aaron Nola vs. Gavin Stone (MLB debut; great prospect)

Hopefully Falter can settle down and give them 5 so the bullpen isn't TOO taxed today

Let Urquidy off the hook in the top of the fourth

Well, Kody Clemens wants to stick around.

Bad job by Falter tonight. Still a close game.

When Suarez comes back, might think about taking falter out of rotation

I think something they have to think about is that -- even given his age -- it's unlikely they get more than 100-110 innings out of Strahm this year. Probably on the low side of that. They're going to need innings from Falter one way or another. Still no idea whether we can expect anything from Painter this year.

Honestly, I'm more worried about Walker than Falter. .... Falter is what he is: a #5 who will have bad innings.

Turner is an easy out at this point. If they won’t sit him, he should be moved way down in the lineup

Turner is more clueless every AB. When does Thomson sit him?
He is totally useless

He should have sat Turner today, but maybe the hope was that Urquidy isn't good and Turner might break out against him.
Now we face two really good Dodgers pitchers the next two days.
