Another end of quarter that dumbass Rivers can not call a good play. That is 6 whole seconds....you can not draw up a good play other then a desperation 3??????

Can someone explain to me how Joel is getting destroyed on the boards tonight? Only 2 rebounds and he has allowed several 2nd chances for the Magic.

You look at the first half, they are winning, but damn rebounds and Kork are killing them. Kork had a nice night the last game and right back into that slump tonight

Because he's 7-2, 280lbs but not particularly quick off the floor and the Magic have nothing but human pogo sticks who are jumping 3x to Embiid's one. The 76ers are a very small, unathletic team, the magic are playing Bamba and Carter up front with Wagner at SF, he can jump, too.

I get that, but there could have been something better then what they did and my point is their continued failure at the end of quarters to get up quality shots.BelmontShore wrote: ↑Thu Jan 06, 2022 1:22 amThere is no play drawn up in those situations, son.
That is not an ATO play.

All true, but rebounding is a lot about positioning and work/hustle. This team too often lacks in those areasBelmontShore wrote: ↑Thu Jan 06, 2022 1:25 amBecause he's 7-2, 280lbs but not particularly quick off the floor and the Magic have nothing but human pogo sticks who are jumping 3x to Embiid's one. This is dumb. You're blaming Doc for something not his fault. You don't have a point.headclown wrote: ↑Thu Jan 06, 2022 1:25 amI get that, but there could have been something better then what they did and my point is their continued failure at the end of quarters to get up quality shots.BelmontShore wrote: ↑Thu Jan 06, 2022 1:22 amThere is no play drawn up in those situations, son.
