was surprised to learn that sixers haven't made it past the 2nd round since 2001 (lost in finals to LA as everyone knows) and havent' beaten the Celtics in the playoffs since 82 (lost in finals to the lakers).

Blew a 3-1 lead in 81; lost game 7 in Boston by a point
Almost blew a 3-1 lead in 82, but did win game 7 in Boston

So, the last 2 times they played a game 6 at home up 3-2, they lost.

I am not optimistic about tonight, unless Andrew Toney plays.....

Per Shams, Bob Williams starting over white. Kinda surprised b/c Horford at C meant he would get plenty of looks from 3. He missed them all in Game 5 but the looks were there. Embiid won't have to worry about Williams shooting 3s, or 2s for that matter as Williams doesn't really score.

interesting line up change. wonder if they'll stop clogging the lane and stay out on the shooters and allow more 1 on 1 with embiid.
