Andrew Chafin is a guy I wanted for the pen this offseason and now he's going to get the save vs. us tonight

DFA Harrison; bring up Kingery - can't be any worse

Unless Wheeler & Nola start pitching like aces - there really is no hope this year

Rob Thomson, respectfully submitted, here's your batting order for tomorrow:

Turner
Harper
Castellanos
Schwarber
Realmuto
Stott
Bohm
Marsh
Sosa

You're welcome.

Yep, Sosa and Marsh every day.

The only guy on the bench who deserves at-bats is (shiver), Kody Clemens. Plus of course Stubbs to keep Realmuto fresh.

Kingery seems to have righted himself at LHV, but the Catch-22 is that I'm not sure I want him starting more than once a week here, so you're basically bringing him up for Sunday starts and pinch-hitting duty. But they're paying him big bucks, so he'll just have to adjust.

not sure why but still not that concerned. they were 21-24 after 45 games last year. Had just lost 2of 3 to the Braves. After that went on a 5 game losing streak to get to 21 -29. They somehow reached .500 on June 12.

It's a long season.

With those numbers, how are they ONLY 3 games under .500.
.And how are they averaging 39,000 people watching this garbage in person, every night?
Very boring underachieving overpaid bunch of millionaires
