He's done a great job working through each of the Eagles' early season issues, one by one, beginning with the penalties, running the ball, play selection and, finally, getting Gannon to be more aggressive.
I agree, he is doing a good job...a bit too passive for my taste, but you have to appreciate that he realized his mistakes and made the adjustments.
