Need Wheeler to have some efficient innings

25 in the 1st not portending well for efficiency.

What does Stott have to do, to return to the lead off position? The Phillies probably score a run if he was. .302 avg., hits both lefty and righties, has speed to steal bases and has a higher OBP than Schwarber.

The Marlins are legit very good.
Just get 1 this weekend and call it a very positive 4-2 trip to Florida headed to the break.

Yes - they are, but the Phils offense is just not that good. Thankfully the pitching keeps them in the huntChristopher wrote: ↑Sat Jul 08, 2023 12:03 am The Marlins are legit very good.

If they lose 2 of 3 - that will be another team that they are in the hole in for any wild card tiebreakers

Maybe we DO trust the pitching and go harder for the BIG bat at the deadline.
But, again, it comes down to knowing where Harper plays.
