A guy that the Orioles picked up off the scrap heap with an 8+ ERA

7 pitches

Offense sucks

His decline is real obvious this season.

That is why I think that so many in the media (and in the Phillies org) are delusional that they are likely to turn this around

Bryce maybe with an off season to recover, but for now he is not going to be elite Bryce
Trea sucks
JT is declining
Scwharber is just Kingman Jr
Castellanos is not that good
Bohm is mediocre
Stott and Marsh are playing as well as they are going to play
Bench is garbage

There is no scenario of consistent improvement from this bunch. They will have some games where they hit, but it is 100+ games - they are what they are

If they think that adding Pham is going to have a major impact - lo freaking l

I think my priority is to unload JT Realmuto.

Catchers crash quickly and I think we are seeing signs of it.

If it is possible to offload schwarber at the deadline, the Phillies should do it. If not, he needs to go in the offseason. He's such an albatross to this team, especially the lineup.

And this team shouldn't be buyers at the deadline. Sell baby sell.

Orioles playing it smart - giving their elite relievers extra days off because they know that they can get out this garbage line-up with scrubs

In all facets. The obligatory age 30+ catcher decline.
