GELB: J.T. Realmuto is going to be scratched from the lineup. His throwing hand is still messed up from a slide that caused a huge gash. Garrett Stubbs will catch tonight.

After 107 games - we know that it is not a good offense. There are no elite hitters in the lineup, Bryce is just a guy and is poor with RISP

25th in MLB in OPS with RISP

That is why I am ok with what they did today - there is no magic fix for this offense

Boy,has he become just a decent player. Andthe Turner shit show rolls on
The performance by this lineup is frankly embarassing. The only ones who even consistently hit the ball hard are Bohm and Stott

There is just no hope for this offense. They have no margin for error with the D/pitching as they know that most nights, they are going to struggle to score

500 since the break - and that is their ceiling right now. Unless something magically changes, they are going to start to fade out of the race

When Crapellanos is your 4th hitter, let alone Turner is your 6th hitter, it is going to be ugly more often than not

Just be happy they didn't sell the farm in a desperate attempt at a quick fix.

Oh, I agree, I really did not want them to do anything. I just see a sinking ship that can't be fixed this season

Just another bad loss tonight. First 2 batters get on, the usual DP, and that was all she wrote
