I'm just guessing, based on the personality he shows and contract talks which went nowhere before ending, but I think he'd probably prefer to leave Philadelphia. I was also thinking St. Louis.

If Nola resigns here - he will be mediocre
Goes elsewhere and he'll be in the Cy Young race
