The defensive scheme and the injuries to starters and a key backup make me incredibly uncomfortable.

I don't understand the lack of adjustment to the Vikes defense. They're just running the same vertical deep routes, making Hurts hold the ball while the defense is dropping 7 into coverage.
Where are the quick slants? Where are the shallow crosses? Where are the TE drags? It's just vanilla offense.
