Also could be the fallback for 3b. Fairly good glove at 3b, if Bohm is starting, this guy will be the late inning D glove.

He'll be 28 in a few weeks, but played well in Triple A this year. In 436 at bats hit 19 HR with 70 rbi going .326 /.401/.557
10 % BB rate and 16 % K.

Well no Galvis this year, he is headed to Japan to play for 2022.

Dont underestimate the Camargo signing...lots of signings like these turn out to be huge for teams...perhaps this one will work out for the Phillies

Guy heading to Japan is someone they thought was worth a deadline trade and worth giving up a better prospect for to save a few bucks on.

Yeah I thought for sure they'd do the dumb thing and bring him back. So happy it's not happening.

Sounds like there's an AL East bidding war (Jays, BoSox, Yanks) over Japanese OF Seiya Suzuki.

Provides a nice excuse for Phillies coming up short.

Meanwhile, if the season started today our OF is something like Vierling-Moniak-Harper. So we've got that going for us.
