Roller coaster team. I am way too old for this kind of team. Gritty gutty win
Now don’t shit the bed against the Mets!

Bullpen is a major concern but that's a much needed series win, on the road no less.

3-4 vs. Braves in September, and two of those losses were winnable.

I'm sure all the legitimate negatives will be dwelled upon, but this Phillies team doesn't seemed cowed by Atlanta.

Braves fans bitching about:
-- the umps (I think it was bad both ways)
-- Braves' hitting with RISP
-- Bryce Elder
-- Terrible managing
-- The Phillies always playing the Braves tough
-- Swinging at bad pitches
-- Blaming Acuna for not directing Williams where/how to slide in the 9th. Headfirst slide beats that Castellanos throw.

Fandom is the same everywhere

3-game lead over Arizona for #1 wildcard.

Arizona's schedule to finish:
-- Giants today
-- 3 vs. Yankees
-- 3 vs. White Sox
-- 3 vs. Astros (who will probably care about those games)

1st four games of 7-game homestand

THURS: Suarez vs. LH Peterson (5.22)
FRI: Walker vs. Megill (4.94)
SAT: Wheeler vs. Quintana (3.02, very good recently)
SUN: Sanchez vs. Butto (3.09)

Mets still have a lot of hitters.

Kruk's commentary on Castellanos play in the 9th is priceless...

Was busy with work, so knew nothing about what was going on until I got the alert that they won

I would have aged 30 years following that game

Big big win in a game that I thought was a guaranteed loss

They need to go 5-2 on this homestand. Mets series worries me - winning game 1 is critical with Walker going Friday

Wow - didn't realize that it was a foul ball. I know that it worked out, but that was dumb
