Deserved. Arizona and Texas have had perhaps the most impressive two Octobers thus far.
I thought their bullpen would be their Achilles heel, but the Diamondbacks are playing with confidence and without an obvious weakness right now.

While I think the Dodgers failed to acquire pitching to put them over the top this year, I don't see how manager Dave Roberts survives this.

Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Brandon Woodruff underwent surgery to repair the anterior capsule in his right shoulder, the team announced. Woodruff is expected to miss most, if not all, of the 2024 season. A huge blow.

Two years in a row, really. He was outstanding for St. Louis in 2022.
He's probably looking at $75-80 million as a free agent this winter.
