Terrible at bats the entire game doomed them. Kimbrel blowing ass chunks doesn't help, but trying to play hero ball every at bat will not work.

Too many stupid at bats with the hitters constantly trying to hit home runs. Had a bad feeling this would happen after that 10 run game on Tuesday.

Kimbrel has been crap for the second half of the season. He shouldn’t be pitching any meaningful innings in the postseason.

Have to hope the bats come alive tomorrow and don’t go into a funk like what happened during the last three games of the World Series. Walker or Sanchez will likely give up quite a few runs

Kimbrel has no idea where his pitches are going. He is constantly missing and it's impossible to put him in high leverage situations. He can't be in tied or one run games. He's always got runners on base.

If he can’t pitch to 6-7-8 and not walk half the stadium he has to be not pitching in high leverage

I hate the 2-3-2 playoff format. I've always felt that the lower record team having three games at home in a row is a better advantage, just because of how streaky baseball is. 2-2-1-1-1 should be the format.

The 1st 3 batters told us what kind of game they were gonna have. Chasing pitches out of the zone. Fence swinging. All this home run action gets you whacked out.

Home run based offense is unsustainable.
