Ron Jaworski needs to shut the fuck up.

The Eagles just won scoring 34pts playing in Brazil and these assholes are nitpicking, only harping on negative.

Day after...

Again, sloppy but it is kind of expected in the first game when you don't play preseason.

The Hurts/Jurgen relationship will take some time.

Barkely. Wow!

I like how Dean and Baun played.

Mitchell is the real deal at the corner. He was tested all game. Hopefully when DeJean is 100% he takes the slot.

Defense was ok. Secondary had a few missed reads leaving guys wide open.

Again. No panic as it's the first game.

Nice analysis, CapO.

I expected the rust. I was surprised Moore was going down field early without letting Hurts get in rhythm going short as they did in the 2nd and 3rd series.

Barkley exceeded my expectations and I thought he'd do well. It took too long for Moore to really get him involved but once he did, wow.

I don't mind Hurts trying somethings he normally wouldn't chance since he stays kinda lbuttoned up in his game. Mahomes throws the same kind of balls and gets INTd, too. No one trashes him for it.

I was surprised Jurgens/Hurts struggled as badly as they did, they had some experience together early last season and they didn't have exchange issues.

I was disappointed in Maddox, he's lost a step and doesn't seem as athletic as he was. The injuries have taken his toll and I can see him getting released as soon as Rodgers and Dejean are ready to go

Great 1st win. Already watched the condensed game, gonna watch the full game later.

Nice GDT, folks. Thanks.🙏🏾

Yeah, but as we found out later last season these earlier issues can catch up to a team.

Why is it negative people always resort to this nonsense. Did 2022 have any influence over 2023? No. What does 2023 have to do with 2024? Nothing.

Ron Jaworski told us Hurts wasn't an NFL starter prior to 2022. He said he was barely an NFL backup. So fuck him. He is always overly critical of Jalen. Jalen is 25. Manning threw 23 INTs at 25. Jaworski puts an unreasonable standard on Hurts and I'm over it.

It is not so much being negative. The Eagles just need to show that 2023 is behind them. It is not just Jalen. It was a good win but we can see there are some issues on offense and defense just like last year. Clearly CGJ and Madox did not have their best games. Hurts threw 2 picks which both were questionable decisions. There was a botched snap with Cam Jurgens which led to a turnover. Lane Johnson appeared to have some issues. Again there were some good things that shows this team has promise. Zach Baun is looking like a baller, Dean played a good game, Quinyon Mitchell looked good in coverage and Saquon, AJ, Devonta looked good on offense. Did not hear much about Meki Becton which is generally a good thing for Oline so maybe the RG issue has been solved. Reed Blakenship came up with a critical interception.

No. They don't show anything.

They just need to play 2024.

Stop with the talk radio mumbo jumbo. Seriously. Again. Last season has NOTHING to do with this season. You're gonna sit there and analyze every throw, every play, every down, every game wondering if it looks like last year.

Go call Joe Decamara or Giglio with that crap.

Me? I'm gonna watch and enjoy the 2024 Eagles' season for whatever THIS season happens to be.

I can agree with this. New season put the past behind. However, if nothing is changing after 4 games where he is making the same mistakes as last year then theres a problem. Not only his problem, but a coaching problem as well.

Article gives good grades for the Eagles positions.
